For the Rest of the World, packages are shipped through DHL Parcel Priority.

Once the package arrives in your country, it will hand it over to your local post office (USPS, Canada Post e.g.) for customs processing (if needed) and delivery. The delivery is made by your national postal service. Once item has reached destination country, please contact your local Post Office with the Tracking Number. While we indicate that it will take 10-15 working days approximately for the item to reach your address, it may take more than that due to unexpected delays. Delays can occur in transit or holds at the local customs office, so it's possible to take up to 5 weeks (25 working days) for an order to be delivered.
Please be advised that delivery is done by your local postal service, and as such we are not able to control when delivery will be made. Please refer to our POLICY on lost registered mails.
We would like to highlight that once the tracking number has been provided therein, registered postage will not be refundable under all circumstances as it is deemed to have been duly delivered.
For Philippines customers, please note that you may need to head to your nearest PH Post Office to collect the package as this is a requirement from the PH Post Office.
